Terms of Use

2.1"Song Go" means the platform that provides artificial intelligence supported music, song, vocal, karaoke, cover, audio processing, voice transformation, vocal/instrument separation and similar digital content generation services through its website.

2.2"User" means any person who accesses the Song Go website, creates an account or uses the services without creating an account.

2.3"Service" means AI Song Maker, AI Cover, Karaoke, Vocal Remover, Add Vocal & Music and, without limitation, artificial intelligence supported song generation, creating songs with the user’s own voice or an AI voice, having an existing song performed in a different voice, processing music and vocals through a YouTube link or files uploaded by the user, creating karaoke experiences, recording the user’s karaoke performance, separating vocals and instruments, adding background music to an acapella vocal, adding vocals or lyrics over background music, generating, transforming, separating, editing, downloading and exporting audio, music, vocals, instruments and similar digital content.

2.4"User Content" means all prompts, lyrics, YouTube links, audio recordings, acapella vocals, user performances, karaoke recordings, melodies, music files, background music, vocals, instrument recordings, video/audio files and any other content uploaded, entered, linked, recorded, created or submitted by the user to Song Go for processing.

2.5"Output" means any song, AI cover, karaoke file, karaoke performance recording, vocal, separated vocal, instrument, separated instrument or background music, music added to an acapella vocal, vocal or lyrics added over background music, audio file, lyrics and similar artificial intelligence supported generation or processing result created, transformed, separated, edited or processed through Song Go services.

2.6"Credit" means the usage right assigned to the user’s account to use paid features, generation rights, download rights, export rights or other paid usage rights.

3.1The user may create artificial intelligence supported songs, lyrics, covers, vocals, instruments, karaoke, background music, voice transformations, vocal/instrument separations and similar content through Song Go.

3.2The user may enter their own prompts, upload files, submit YouTube links, use their own voice, record karaoke performances or process content for which they have usage rights within the scope of Song Go services.

3.3Within the scope of the AI Song Maker feature, the user may create songs using an AI voice or their own voice.

3.4Within the scope of the AI Cover feature, the user may create a cover based on a song, audio file, music file or YouTube link that belongs to the user or for which the user has usage rights, and may have such content performed with their own voice or a voice for which they have usage rights.

3.5Within the scope of the Karaoke feature, the user may create a karaoke experience based on a song or audio file that belongs to the user or for which the user has usage rights, view lyrics, perform along with background music and, to the extent permitted by the feature, record their own performance.

3.6Within the scope of the Vocal Remover feature, the user may separate vocals, instruments, background music or similar audio layers from a song or audio file that belongs to the user or for which the user has usage rights.

3.7Within the scope of the Add Vocal & Music feature, the user may add background music to an acapella vocal recording or add vocals, lyrics or similar audio layers over background music. The user accepts that they have all necessary rights to the vocals, audio, background music, melody, lyrics or other content uploaded under this feature.

3.8The user may generate and listen to certain content without creating an account. However, creating an account and having the required paid usage rights may be necessary to download, export, obtain generated content as a usable file or use paid features.

3.9Outputs created within the scope of free use may be listened to; however, they may not be downloaded, exported, recorded or obtained as usable files.

3.10Song Go reserves the right to change the scope, features, usage limits, credit system, package contents, technical requirements, supported file types and product operation of the services from time to time.

4.1Song Go may only be used by users who are at least 18 years old.

4.2By using Song Go services, the user represents and accepts that they are at least 18 years old.

4.3Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using Song Go services. Song Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to be under the age of 18.

5.1Users may create an account on Song Go through Google or Apple login methods.

5.2The user accepts that the information provided during account creation is accurate, up to date and belongs to them.

5.3The user is responsible for the security of their account and all activities carried out through their account.

5.4If the user becomes aware of any unauthorized use or security breach in their account, they must contact Song Go without delay.

5.5If the user wishes to delete their account, they must send this request to Song Go via hello@songgo.io.

6.1The user is solely responsible for all User Content uploaded, entered, linked, recorded, created or submitted to Song Go for processing.

6.2The user may only upload, link, record, process or use content that belongs to them or for which they have usage rights within the scope of Song Go services.

6.3The user may not upload, link, process or use third-party lyrics, melodies, music, vocals, audio recordings, instrument recordings, background music, YouTube links, video/audio files, performances or other copyrighted content without authorization.

6.4If the user uploads, submits as a link, uses, reproduces, processes, separates, transforms, creates a cover from, uses for karaoke purposes, downloads, shares, publishes or commercially uses third-party content without authorization, all legal, criminal and financial responsibility arising from such use shall belong to the user.

6.5Song Go is not obliged to pre-screen whether any content uploaded, linked, recorded, processed or created by the user infringes copyright, personality rights, trademark rights, neighboring rights, voice rights, performer rights, commercial usage rights, platform policies or third-party rights.

6.6The user is obliged to verify that they have all relevant rights, permissions and licenses for any content they create, record, download, export, share, publish or use commercially.

6.7The user accepts that separated vocals, separated instruments, background music, karaoke backing tracks, AI covers, transformed voices or similar outputs obtained through Song Go do not automatically become royalty-free, free of rights or suitable for commercial use.

7.1The user may use Song Go’s voice cloning, AI cover, voice transformation, vocal generation, vocal addition or similar voice-based features only with their own voice, voices for which they have usage rights or content for which the required permissions have been obtained.

7.2The user may create songs, covers, vocals, karaoke recordings or similar content within the scope of Song Go services using their own voice.

7.3The user may not use the voice, name, stage name, identity, distinctive vocal style, personality traits, performance or likeness of third parties, celebrities, artists, public figures or any other person without authorization.

7.4The user may not engage in any use that may constitute unauthorized voice cloning, voice imitation, deepfake, misleading content, false statement, fraud, reputational harm, violation of personality rights, false approval/endorsement impression or any use that may mislead third parties.

7.5When using AI Cover or voice transformation features, the user accepts that they have all necessary rights, permissions and licenses both for the song, melody, lyrics, music, vocal or audio file used and for the target voice.

7.6If the user uses voice cloning, AI cover, voice transformation, vocal generation or similar features unlawfully, all legal, criminal and financial responsibility arising from such use shall belong to the user. Song Go shall not be held responsible for such use.

8.1The Karaoke feature may allow the user to create a karaoke experience based on a song or audio file, view lyrics, perform along with background music and, to the extent permitted by the feature, record their performance.

8.2The user accepts that they have the necessary rights to the song, music, lyrics, vocals, background music or other content uploaded or submitted as a link to Song Go for karaoke purposes.

8.3The user’s karaoke performance, audio recording or similar recordings shall be considered User Content. The user accepts that all responsibility arising from the creation, downloading, sharing, publishing or commercial use of such recordings belongs to the user.

8.4Song Go does not guarantee that lyrics, music, vocals, backing tracks or performances shown, processed or used within the scope of karaoke are free from third-party rights.

9.1The Vocal Remover feature may allow the user to separate vocals, instruments, background music or similar audio layers from a song or audio file uploaded by the user or for which the user has usage rights.

9.2The user accepts that they have all necessary rights, permissions and licenses to the song, audio file, music, vocal, instrument or other content used for separation.

9.3Separating content into vocals, instruments, background music or similar parts through Song Go does not mean that such parts become royalty-free or may be used freely by the user.

9.4Before downloading, sharing, publishing or commercially using separated vocals, instruments, background music or other outputs obtained through Vocal Remover, the user is obliged to perform all necessary rights checks.

10.1The Add Vocal & Music feature may allow the user to add background music to an acapella vocal recording or add vocals, lyrics or similar audio layers over background music.

10.2The user accepts that they have all necessary rights, permissions and licenses to the acapella vocal, audio recording, background music, melody, lyrics, music file or other content uploaded under this feature.

10.3The user may not upload, process, transform or use vocals, audio recordings, music, background music, melodies or lyrics that do not belong to them or for which they do not have usage rights.

10.4All copyright, licensing, personality rights, voice rights, neighboring rights and other third-party rights responsibilities arising from the downloading, sharing, publishing or commercial use of outputs created through the Add Vocal & Music feature shall belong to the user.

11.1Prompts, lyrics, voices, files, links, karaoke recordings and other User Content entered into Song Go by the user belong to the user or the relevant rights holders.

11.2Outputs created through Song Go may be used by the user, provided that the user does not infringe any relevant third-party rights and has the necessary rights.

11.3The user may publish outputs created through Song Go on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, Instagram and similar platforms. However, all responsibility arising from such publications, including copyright, licensing, content ownership, platform policies, personality rights, voice rights, neighboring rights and third-party rights, shall belong to the user.

11.4Song Go does not guarantee that generated outputs are completely original, unique, royalty-free, suitable for commercial use, acceptable on platforms or free from third-party rights.

11.5Similar or nearly identical outputs may be generated as a result of similar prompts, similar voices, similar files, similar YouTube links, similar usage methods or similar technical processes. The user accepts this characteristic of artificial intelligence systems.

11.6Song Go does not share, publish or use content created by the user for promotional purposes without the user’s explicit request or permission.

12.1The user may not use Song Go services in an unlawful, misleading, harmful, unauthorized manner or in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

12.2It is prohibited to imitate the voice, vocal style, name, stage name, identity, performance or distinctive personality traits of other artists, singers, celebrities, public figures or any third party without authorization.

12.3The user may not generate content involving hate speech, discrimination, violence, threats, harassment, sexual content, content that violates child safety, fraud, political manipulation, disinformation, creation of false identity, misleading advertising, false approval/endorsement impression or unlawful purposes.

12.4The user may not upload, process, separate, transform, create covers from or use another person’s lyrics, melody, vocals, music, background music, audio recording, YouTube link, karaoke backing track or similar content without authorization.

12.5The user may not reproduce, separate, recreate, imitate, commercially use or publish a copyrighted work or a third-party performance without authorization through Song Go services.

12.6The user may not attempt to manipulate the Song Go system, bypass security measures, circumvent usage limits, gain unauthorized access, conduct automated use or bot activity, perform reverse engineering or disrupt the normal operation of the service.

12.7If the user carries out prohibited uses through system-based, technical or manual methods, all legal, criminal and financial responsibility shall belong to the user.

12.8If Song Go detects prohibited use, it reserves the right to delete the relevant content, restrict access, disable downloads of outputs, suspend the account, terminate the account or, where necessary, share information with competent authorities.

13.1Song Go may offer monthly and annual subscription packages.

13.2A credit system is used in the services. Credits are used for certain generation, download, export or paid feature rights.

13.3Credit purchases are not offered as one-time packages outside subscriptions.

13.4Payments are processed through Stripe. The user accepts that the information requested by Stripe during payment transactions may be processed by Stripe.

13.5Song Go does not store the user’s full card details in its own systems.

13.6Subscriptions may renew automatically. By purchasing a subscription, the user accepts that the relevant subscription may automatically renew at the end of the selected subscription period.

13.7The user may cancel their subscription through the website.

13.8Cancellation of the subscription does not create a right to a refund for previous periods. The cancellation takes effect prospectively at the end of the relevant subscription period.

13.9Package contents, prices, usage limits, credit amounts and features are specified on the Song Go website. Song Go reserves the right to change package contents, prices, usage limits, credit amounts and features from time to time.

14.1The user may request a refund if, after the purchase, they have not used any paid credit, download, export, paid generation or paid feature usage right.

14.2If the user has used the credits or paid usage rights included in the purchased package, no refund shall be made.

14.3Use means generating content with AI Song Maker, creating an AI Cover, separating vocals or instruments with Vocal Remover, using or recording the Karaoke feature within the scope of paid use, adding vocals, music or background music with Add Vocal & Music, downloading content, exporting files, spending credits or using any service exclusive to a paid package.

14.4Since Song Go may provide users with free generation and listening opportunities before payment, no refund shall be made for used paid rights.

14.5The user’s dissatisfaction with the generated content, failure to obtain the expected result, the artificial intelligence output not meeting expectations, dissatisfaction with separation quality, dissatisfaction with the result of vocal/music addition, dissatisfaction with the karaoke experience or the AI cover result not being as desired shall not, by itself, create a right to a refund.

14.6Refund requests must be submitted via hello@songgo.io.

14.7Song Go reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of abuse, fraudulent transactions, system manipulation, prohibited use or malicious use of the service.

15.1Song Go may process users’ email addresses, IP addresses, payment transaction information, prompts, generated songs, uploaded files, YouTube links, karaoke recordings, audio recordings, generated outputs and usage history for the purpose of providing the service.

15.2User content and usage history are retained for 6 months for the purposes of allowing users to access their previous content, providing technical support, performing security checks, preventing abuse and fulfilling legal obligations.

15.3At the end of the 6-month period, data is deleted or anonymized.

15.4Song Go does not sell user data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

15.5However, limited data sharing may be carried out with service providers to the extent necessary for payment, login, security, hosting, technical infrastructure, analytics, abuse prevention and provision of the service.

15.6Details regarding the processing of personal data are regulated in the Song Go Privacy Policy or KVKK Clarification Text.

16.1Song Go does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accessible.

16.2Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, security, infrastructure issues, third-party service provider interruptions, issues caused by artificial intelligence service providers, payment infrastructure issues or force majeure events.

16.3Song Go reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the services at any time.

16.4Temporary service interruptions, technical delays, generation congestion, artificial intelligence outputs being different from expected or issues caused by third-party services shall not, by themselves, create a right to a refund.

17.1Song Go is not responsible for content created, uploaded, linked, recorded, downloaded, shared, published or commercially used by the user.

17.2Song Go does not guarantee the originality, copyright status, suitability for commercial use, acceptance on platforms, non-infringement of third-party rights, specific quality level or satisfaction of user expectations regarding generated outputs.

17.3The user is obliged to perform all necessary legal, commercial and technical checks before using, downloading, recording, sharing or commercially using content created through Song Go.

17.4If Song Go suffers any damage due to the user’s violation of these Terms of Use, the user shall be obliged to compensate all damages incurred.

18.1Song Go may suspend or terminate the user’s account in cases of violation of the Terms of Use, prohibited use, creation of unlawful content, payment issues, fake account use, system manipulation, unauthorized voice use, copyright infringement or use that infringes third-party rights.

18.2Song Go may delete relevant content, restrict access, disable downloads of outputs or suspend download rights where it deems necessary.

18.3Suspension or termination of the account does not eliminate the user’s previously accrued payment, compensation or legal responsibilities.

18.4If the user’s account is suspended or terminated due to conduct contrary to these Terms of Use, no refund may be made.

19.1The software, trademark, logo, design, interface, algorithm, system, database, trade secrets and all platform components belonging to Song Go are owned by Song Go.

19.2The user may not copy, modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, attempt to extract the source code of or use Song Go’s software without authorization.

19.3The Song Go brand and visual elements may not be used without Song Go’s written permission.

20.1Song Go reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time.

20.2Updated terms enter into force on the date they are published on the website.

20.3The user’s continued use of the services after the updated terms are published means that the user accepts the new terms.

21.1These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

21.2For users residing in Türkiye, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms of Use, without prejudice to mandatory rights arising from consumer legislation.

21.3The mandatory legal rights of the user as a consumer are reserved.
