Song Go Delivery, Subscription and Refund Terms
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
1.1These Delivery, Subscription and Refund Terms (the “Terms”) govern the electronic delivery and performance of the digital services offered by Song Go, together with the terms applicable to paid subscriptions, credits, payments, automatic renewals, cancellations and refunds.
1.2These Terms apply to all users who purchase a subscription, use credits, create, download or export content, or otherwise access any paid Song Go feature through www.songgo.io.
1.3Song Go does not sell physical goods and does not provide delivery by post or courier. The products and services offered by Song Go are digital in nature and are supplied electronically through the user’s account or the Song Go web interface.
1.4By purchasing a paid service or subscription, the user confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1.5These Terms shall be read together with the Song Go Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Distance Sales Agreement.
2.1Song Go may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.
2.2Subscription plans may provide access to specified generation, listening, downloading, exporting or credit-based usage rights.
2.3The applicable plan features, prices, usage limits, credit allocations and technical features are displayed on the Song Go website.
2.4Subject to applicable law and any rights already accrued to users, Song Go may amend subscription features, prices, usage limits, credit allocations and technical specifications from time to time.
2.5Purchasing a subscription does not grant unlimited or unconditional use of the services. The user may use the services only within the scope and limits of the plan purchased.
3.1Certain Song Go services operate through a credit-based system.
3.2Credits are digital usage entitlements used for specified paid generations, downloads, exports or other paid features.
3.3The number of credits available to a user may depend on the subscription plan purchased.
3.4Song Go does not currently offer one-time credit packages separately from subscriptions.
3.5Credits may be used only within Song Go services. Credits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or moved to another user account.
3.6The user is responsible for monitoring and managing the use of credits allocated to their account.
4.1Song Go may allow users to create and listen to certain content without payment.
4.2Content generated under free access may be available for listening but, depending on the scope of the applicable free offering, may not be available for download, export or retrieval as a usable file.
4.3An active paid subscription or sufficient usage entitlement may be required to download or export content or to use a paid feature.
4.4Free access does not entitle a user to use paid features without charge.
4.5Subject to applicable law, Song Go may amend or discontinue the scope, duration, limits and access conditions of free use.
5.1Subscriptions, credits and other paid features supplied by Song Go are digital services. No physical shipment or courier delivery is involved.
5.2Once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed by the relevant payment service provider, the purchased subscription or usage rights are electronically allocated to the user’s Song Go account and access to the relevant service is enabled.
5.3Digital delivery is deemed completed when the purchased plan, credits or paid features become available for use in the user’s account.
5.4Under normal circumstances, digital access is enabled automatically following payment confirmation. Short delays may occur due to the payment service provider, banks, network conditions, system load, maintenance, security reviews or technical faults.
5.5If payment has been successfully completed but the subscription, credits or paid service are not made available to the user within a reasonable period, the user may contact Song Go at hello@songgo.io.
5.6Where Song Go verifies that payment has been received but the digital service could not be supplied for technical reasons, Song Go may, as appropriate, restore access, allocate the relevant entitlement to the account or issue a refund where required by applicable law.
5.7A user’s inability to access the service due to circumstances attributable to the user, including an incorrect email address, inaccurate account information, loss of login credentials, device problems or internet connectivity issues, does not by itself mean that the digital service was not delivered.
5.8The user acknowledges that, due to the digital nature of the services, performance may begin electronically and without undue delay after purchase where permitted by applicable law.
6.1Payments for Song Go services are processed through authorised payment service providers used by Song Go.
6.2The user acknowledges that information requested during the payment process may be processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
6.3Song Go does not store users’ full payment card details on its own systems.
6.4The user is responsible for providing accurate, current and lawfully usable payment information.
6.5Where a payment fails, is declined, cannot be completed due to insufficient funds, or is affected by a payment service provider error or similar issue, Song Go may decline to activate, suspend or discontinue access to paid services.
6.6Processing periods and technical delays attributable to banks, card schemes or payment service providers may be outside Song Go’s direct control.
7.1Song Go subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected subscription period unless cancelled by the user.
7.2Monthly subscriptions may renew monthly and annual subscriptions may renew annually.
7.3Renewal charges may be collected using the user’s stored or authorised payment method.
7.4Users who do not wish a subscription to renew must cancel it before the applicable renewal date.
7.5Renewal payments and any related refund requests will be assessed in accordance with these Terms and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
8.1The user may cancel a subscription through the Song Go website.
8.2Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current subscription period.
8.3Following cancellation, the user may continue to use the rights included in the plan until the end of the current paid subscription period.
8.4Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of fees paid for previous periods.
8.5Requests concerning renewal charges will be considered under the refund and withdrawal provisions of these Terms and applicable mandatory law.
9.1Any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal or other consumer rights available to users acting as consumers in connection with distance contracts remain unaffected.
9.2Where the conditions prescribed by applicable consumer law are satisfied, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to services fully or immediately performed electronically, intangible digital products supplied immediately, or services whose performance has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period with the consumer’s legally valid consent.
9.3Where required by law and relevant to the purchase flow, Song Go may obtain the user’s express consent to begin performance of the digital service before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
9.4Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
10.1Song Go may provide certain free generation and listening features so that users can evaluate aspects of the service before making a purchase.
10.2A user who has not made any paid generation, download, export, credit use or other paid-feature use after purchase may submit a refund request.
10.3Use of a paid service will be taken into account when a refund request is assessed. Whether a refund is due will be determined in accordance with these Terms, the relevant purchase terms and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply.
10.4For the purposes of these Terms, “use” includes generating content through AI Song Maker, creating an AI Cover, separating vocals or instruments through Vocal Remover, using or saving the Karaoke feature as a paid service, adding vocals, music or background audio through Add Vocal & Music, downloading content, exporting files, spending credits, running a paid AI feature or otherwise using a feature restricted to a paid plan.
10.5Refund requests may be assessed by reference to account usage history, payment status, credit consumption, download records, export records and relevant technical logs.
10.6Song Go will assess refund requests in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
11.1Refund requests must be submitted to Song Go at hello@songgo.io.
11.2The user should provide the email address associated with the account, the payment date, the plan purchased and the reason for the refund request.
11.3Song Go may request additional information, proof of payment or account verification where reasonably necessary to assess a refund request.
11.4Requests containing incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information may require additional time to process.
11.5If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law and, where reasonably practicable, through the payment method used for the original transaction or another method supported by the relevant payment service provider.
11.6The time taken for a refund to appear may depend on banks, card issuers or payment service providers and may be outside Song Go’s control.
12.1Subject always to any mandatory consumer rights, a refund request may be refused in circumstances including:
12.2Dissatisfaction with generated content, failure to obtain an expected result or the fact that an AI-generated output does not meet the user’s expectations does not, by itself, create a right to a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights.
12.3Song Go does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always produce a particular result, be error-free, be unique or meet a specific quality standard.
13.1If a user becomes aware of an incorrect, duplicate or apparently unauthorised payment, the user should notify Song Go without undue delay at hello@songgo.io.
13.2Song Go may review the relevant payment record, account activity and technical records after receiving such a report.
13.3In the case of an alleged unauthorised payment, Song Go may ask the user to contact the relevant payment service provider or bank as appropriate.
13.4The user is responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect the security of their account and payment credentials.
14.1Subject to applicable law, Song Go may suspend or terminate an account where it detects misuse, fraudulent transactions, system manipulation, fraudulent payment activity, unauthorised access, abuse of payment disputes or the generation of prohibited content.
14.2In such circumstances, subscription, credit, download or other usage rights may be restricted or cancelled.
14.3Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of the Song Go Terms of Use or these Terms, any refund entitlement will be determined subject to applicable mandatory law.
15.1Song Go may change subscription prices, credit allocations, usage limits and features from time to time.
15.2Unless expressly stated otherwise, price changes may apply from a future renewal period rather than retroactively to the user’s current paid subscription period.
15.3A user who does not wish to accept a future price change may cancel the subscription before the relevant renewal date.
15.4Song Go may discontinue or amend plans, or introduce new plans, for technical, commercial or operational reasons.
16.1Song Go services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, technical faults, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, payment infrastructure issues or events beyond Song Go’s reasonable control.
16.2Short and reasonable temporary interruptions do not necessarily give rise to a refund entitlement.
16.3In the event of a prolonged or material technical issue, Song Go may, depending on the circumstances, restore access, allocate usage rights or credits, or provide another remedy required under applicable law.
17.1Before purchase, the user is responsible for reviewing the scope, price, renewal conditions, usage limits, method of digital delivery or performance, and refund terms applicable to the selected plan.
17.2A user who does not wish to continue a subscription is responsible for cancelling it before the renewal date.
17.3The user is responsible for generations, downloads, exports, credit use and other paid activities carried out through the user’s account, subject to applicable law.
17.4The user is responsible for consequences arising from files, prompts or voice recordings submitted in error, unauthorised use of another person’s voice, copyright infringement or unlawful content generated through the user’s account.
18.1Song Go may update these Delivery, Subscription and Refund Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
18.2Updated Terms take effect on the effective date or publication date stated on the website.
18.3No amendment will retroactively remove mandatory consumer rights that have already accrued.
19.1To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
19.2Users acting as consumers retain all rights available to them under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation, including the right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts and other authorities where applicable.
19.3For disputes that do not constitute consumer transactions, the ordinary rules on jurisdiction and venue shall apply unless the parties have validly agreed otherwise.
