1.1This Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text has been prepared to inform users about the personal data processed during the use of the web-based artificial intelligence supported music, audio, vocal, karaoke, cover, separation, transformation, editing and generation services provided by Song Go through the website www.songgo.io.
1.2This text applies to users who visit the Song Go website, create an account, log in with Google or Apple, create content, enter prompts, upload files, upload audio, share YouTube links, record karaoke performances, listen to outputs, download content, export content, purchase a subscription or otherwise benefit from Song Go services.
1.3By using Song Go services, you acknowledge that you have been informed that your personal data may be processed as described in this text.
1.4This text has been prepared under the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2.1Your personal data is processed by Song Go as the data controller.

3.1The following personal data may be processed within the scope of the use of Song Go services:
3.2Song Go does not store full payment card information such as the user's payment card number in its own systems. Payment transactions are carried out through Stripe infrastructure.
3.3Song Go processes only the data necessary for providing the service, managing the account, carrying out payment transactions, managing subscription and credit rights, providing technical support, maintaining security, preventing abuse and fulfilling legal obligations.
4.1Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
4.2Song Go does not use user content for advertising, marketing, social media sharing, sample display or promotional purposes.
4.3Song Go does not publicly share content created, uploaded, recorded or processed by the user without the user's explicit request or permission.
5.1Prompts entered by the user, uploaded audio, acapella vocals, background music, music files, vocals, melodies, YouTube links, karaoke performance recordings, generated songs, AI cover outputs, karaoke files, separated vocal/instrument outputs, Add Vocal & Music outputs and similar content may be processed for the operation of Song Go services.
5.2Such content may be stored for the user to benefit from the relevant service, access previously created content, listen to content, download content if they have download rights, export content, receive technical support, perform security checks and prevent abuse.
5.3Audio recordings, acapella vocal recordings, karaoke performance recordings and similar audio data uploaded or recorded by the user are processed only for the purposes of providing the relevant service, creating the output, allowing the user to access previous content, technical support, security and abuse prevention.
5.4Song Go does not show user content to other users, make it public or use it for marketing purposes without the user's permission.
5.5The user accepts that content uploaded or linked to Song Go may contain personal data, audio recordings, copyrighted works, artist performances or third-party rights. The user is responsible for the legality of the content they upload or link.
5.6The user must not upload, submit as a link or process third-party audio, music, vocals, melodies, lyrics, background music, YouTube links, karaoke backing tracks, artist voices, celebrity voices or similar content without authorization. All legal responsibility for such use belongs to the user.
6.1Your personal data may be processed based on the following legal grounds under KVKK:
6.2Account creation, service provision, subscription management, payment transactions, credit usage, content history, technical support and security processes are primarily carried out based on the establishment or performance of a contract and Song Go's legitimate interests.
6.3Legal records, invoicing, official authority requests and dispute processes are processed within the scope of Song Go's legal obligations and protection of its rights.
6.4The user's upload of their own voice, recording of a karaoke performance, upload of an acapella vocal recording or use of similar audio data within Song Go services is processed to the extent necessary for providing the relevant service.
7.1Song Go does not sell user data or share it with third parties for advertising/marketing purposes.
7.2However, in order to provide the services, certain personal data may be shared with or processed by the following parties on a limited basis:
7.3Such transfer is limited to the purposes of providing the service, carrying out payment transactions, authentication, operating artificial intelligence and audio processing processes, file processing, technical infrastructure, security, preventing abuse, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting Song Go's rights.
7.4Song Go does not transfer user content to third parties for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes.
8.1Payment transactions on Song Go are carried out through Stripe infrastructure.
8.2The user accepts that some payment information may be processed by Stripe during subscription purchase or payment transactions.
8.3Song Go does not store the user's full card information in its own systems.
8.4Data processing activities carried out by Stripe in payment transactions may be subject to Stripe's own privacy and security policies.
8.5Song Go may store payment transaction records such as subscription status, successful/failed payment information, payment date and package information within the scope of service operation, subscription management and legal obligations.
9.1Users may access Song Go through Google or Apple login methods.
9.2When these methods are used, limited account information required for authentication may be processed by Song Go.
9.3Data processing activities carried out by Google or Apple are subject to the relevant service provider's own privacy policies.
9.4Song Go uses information obtained through Google or Apple login only for creating, verifying and managing the user account.
10.1Mandatory cookies may be used on the Song Go website for the operation of the service, management of the user session, ensuring security and fulfilling basic technical functions.
10.2Mandatory cookies are necessary for the website to function properly.
10.3Song Go does not use advertising cookies.
10.4If analytics, performance or marketing cookies are used, users may be informed separately and consent may be obtained where required by applicable legislation.
10.5The user may manage cookies through browser settings. However, if mandatory cookies are disabled, some features of the website may not function properly.
11.1User data and user content are retained for a maximum of 6 months for the purpose of providing the service and allowing the user to access their previous content.
11.2Within this scope, prompts, uploaded audio files, acapella vocal recordings, background music, YouTube links, karaoke performance recordings, generated songs, AI cover outputs, separated vocal/instrument outputs, Add Vocal & Music outputs, download history, export history and usage history may be retained for a maximum of 6 months.
11.3At the end of the 6-month period, the relevant data may be deleted, anonymized or made technically inaccessible.
11.4Some data may be retained for longer legal periods due to payment records, invoicing information, legal obligations, disputes, security incidents, abuse records or official authority requests.
11.5If an account deletion request is received, the user account and related data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, without prejudice to legal retention obligations.
12.1Song Go takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or unlawful processing.
12.2These measures may include access control, security logs, technical infrastructure security, prevention of unauthorized access, data security processes, abuse detection and file processing security measures.
12.3However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure. Song Go does not provide an absolute security guarantee.
12.4The user is responsible for the security of their account and the protection of login credentials.
13.1The user may request deletion of their account via hello@songgo.io.
13.2The user may also request deletion or anonymization of their personal data through the same email address.
13.3Song Go evaluates deletion requests without prejudice to legal retention obligations, payment records, security records, possible disputes, abuse investigations and technical requirements.
13.4When the account is deleted, the user may lose access to previously created content, download history, export history, karaoke recordings, subscription information or other data linked to the account.
14.1Users have the following rights under KVKK:
14.2Users may submit their requests under KVKK to Song Go via hello@songgo.io.
14.3Song Go evaluates and concludes user requests within the periods prescribed by applicable legislation.
14.4Song Go may request additional information or verification in order to confirm that the application belongs to the user.
15.1Song Go may only be used by users who are at least 18 years old.
15.2Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using Song Go services.
15.3If Song Go detects that data belonging to a person under the age of 18 has been processed, it reserves the right to delete the relevant account and data or restrict access.
16.1The user is responsible for ensuring that the audio, music, vocals, acapella vocals, background music, melody, lyrics, prompt, YouTube link, karaoke recording, file or other content uploaded, submitted as a link, recorded or shared for processing with Song Go is lawful.
16.2The user may not upload, submit as a link or process third-party personal data, audio recordings, artist voices, celebrity voices, copyrighted works, background music, YouTube links, karaoke backing tracks or content belonging to other persons without authorization.
16.3All legal, criminal and financial responsibility arising from the user's uploading, submitting as a link, processing, separating, transforming, using for karaoke purposes, creating a cover from or creating outputs from unlawful content belongs to the user.
16.4Song Go is not obliged to pre-screen the legality of content uploaded, linked, recorded or created by the user.
17.1Song Go reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text from time to time.
17.2The updated text enters into force on the date it is published on the website.
17.3The user's continued use of Song Go services after the updated text is published means that the user has been informed about the current text.
